I love it, but it is not durable

I purchased this backpack when my old Nike one ripped and was leaking. When I got this backpack, I was very happy with my purchase! I think it looks fantastic and is big enough for all of my books and laptop. I did run into an issue a month or two after making the switch. The left-arm strap ripped and made the backpack unusable. I contacted Gongshow, and they replaced it for free. I am on my second Hockey Scholar backpack, and while walking to class the other day, I heard a tearing noise. The bottom of my backpack has a tear in it now. I may need to look for another option, unfortunately. I love the backpack, but I guess it is not durable enough for what I need to carry around to classes. I still love Gongshow but was disappointed by the durability of this bag.
